Spinach and Gorgonzola Gnocchi

1 package Sophia Potato Gnocchi with Spinach
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
2/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1 1/2 pound fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
1 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 1/2 teaspoon Sophia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Sophia Chopped Garlic
1 1/4 teaspoon Sophia Atlantic Sea Salt
3/4 teaspoon Sophia Peppercorns

Cook gnocchi according to package. Set aside and keep warm. In a large saucepan, combine basil, water, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in cream and Gorgonzola. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. Turn off heat and toss in the gnocchi. Garnish with basil and serve!
