Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and oil a small baking dish or iron skillet. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta until "al dente", about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In the empty pasta pot, combine milk, paprika, black pepper, and entire contents of sauce package and stir or whisk to mix evenly. Return to stove and heat over a medium-low flame, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to get thick and creamy. Add cooked pasta and reduce heat to a simmer. Slowly stir in grated Parmesan and half the mozzarella cheese until evenly mixed. Pour entire mixture into the oiled baking dish or skillet, sprinkle the top evenly with remaining mozzarella, and top with a layer of bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
