2-3 slices Sophia jalapeños (to taste)
3 cups of fresh pineapple cubes
2.5 ounces pineapple juice
1.5 ounces tequila
0.5 ounce Sophia lime juice
0.5 ounce Cointreau or any orange-flavored liqueur
0.25 ounce Sophia agave syrup
Muddle together jalapeño slices, lime juice, and agave in a large cocktail shaker until well combined and fragrant. Add pineapple juice, tequila, Cointreau, and ice to the fill line and give it about 15 shakes. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice. Place charred pineapple cubes into cocktail or as a garnish on the side of glass.
