2-3 slices Sophia Jalapeños (or to taste)
3 cup fresh pineapple cubes
5 tablespoon pineapple juice
3 tablespoon tequila
1 tablespoon Sophia Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Cointreau (or any orange-flavored liqueur)
1/2 tablespoon Sophia Agave Nectar
Muddle together jalapeño slices, lime juice, and agave in a large cocktail shaker until well combined and fragrant. Add pineapple juice, tequila, Cointreau, and ice to the fill line and give it about 15 shakes. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice. Place charred pineapple cubes into cocktail or as a garnish on the side of glass.
