Serves 8
1/4 cup Sophia Apricot Preserves
8 ounces goat cheese
1/2 cup pistachios
4 tablespoon Sophia Honeycomb
Fresh basil, chopped
Spread the preserves on a plate or shallow bowl. Crush the pistachios and roll the goat cheese in them, pressing gently to coat. Lay down the cheese atop the preserves. Drizzle on honeycomb and garnish with basil. Serve with Sophia Panetti.
