Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Serves 12

1 jar Sophia Italian Marinated Artichokes, roughly chopped
16 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can Sophia Cannellini Beans
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup Sophia Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoon Sophia Chopped Garlic
2 tablespoon Sophia Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Sophia Atlantic Sea Salt
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375º F. In a food processor, blend cannellini beans and olive oil until smooth. Add the cannellini mixture to a large bowl with the remaining ingredients and stir to combine evenly. Place mixture in a baking dish. Top with additional Parmesan. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until dip is heated throughout and the cheese is melted. Serve while warm.
